After your initial assessment and interview, goal setting will be conducted to cover both individual and therapy goals for treatment going forward.

Referrals from a doctor would be beneficial in aiding assessment/treatment however not a prerequisite.

Home visits: Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm.  Saturdays: 9am – 12pm.

Your initial assessment/visit should occur within a week of your call

Each session will be approximately 45-60min.
